Aromatherapy inhalers work by delivering the volatile aromatic compounds of essential oils directly to the olfactory system via inhalation — the fastest and most direct route to the brain and nervous system. The effects can be felt within seconds: a single, slow inhalation of the right blend can calm anxiety, sharpen focus, lift mood, ease nausea, or provide an immediate sense of grounding and clarity.

HOW TO USE:

  • Add 10–15 drops of your chosen essential oil or blend to the cotton wick inside the inhaler tube.
  • Replace the cap and allow the wick to absorb the oil for a few minutes before first use.
  • To use, remove the cap, hold the inhaler close to one nostril, close the other nostril, and inhale slowly and deeply. Repeat on the other side if desired.
  • Replace the cap after use to preserve the fragrance.
  • Refresh the wick with additional drops of oil as the scent fades.

SUGGESTED BLENDS: lavender and chamomile for calm and sleep support; peppermint and eucalyptus for focus and clarity; frankincense and bergamot for grounding and mood elevation; lemon and rosemary for energy and mental alertness.

HOW TO & CARE INFO

Gently twist the base to open.

Remove the wick and add 6–12 drops of your chosen essential oil.

Allow a few seconds for the oil to fully absorb.

Place the wick back inside and secure closed.
Inhale softly. Reset. Re-centre.

For best results, use the same wick with the same oil for up to 2 months. Simply refresh with a few extra drops whenever you’d like to deepen the aroma.
