Centring is a way of calming the mind, body, & soul while gliding into a chill, centered state. When you’re balanced, you’re alert but laid-back. This allows you to be more attuned to the energy & info around you, & access your creativity, emotions & inner voice, plus receive revelations from the divine!

BLUE LACE AGATE - This comforting pebble can help you realign with your best self. Press it to your palm, shut your eyes, & take a few deep breaths. As you exhale, invite tranquility to seep in. You don't have to sit or assume any awkward positions to centre yourself—you can stand, too! If life's off-kilter moments are all too frequent, tuck a piece of blue lace agate in your pocket & hold to refocus whenever you need.

CLEAR QUARTZ - Center your spirit to begin the day with a brief clear quartz meditation. Sit comfortably, grasping a piece of clear quartz in your non-dominant hand. Shut your eyes & take 10 deep breaths, concentrating your awareness on your core & experiencing the energy radiating from the clear quartz go towards your center.
