Choose the chakra you want to balance and light a stick from the corresponding pack.
Allow the tip to catch for a few seconds, then gently blow out the flame so the stick glows and releases fragrance.
Place the stick in the wooden burner on a stable, heat-safe surface and breathe slowly as the scent fills the room.
Refer to the chakra focus during your practice (visualise the energy centre expanding with each inhalation and softening with each exhalation).
When finished, extinguish the stick and tidy the burner. Store remaining packs in a cool, dry place for your next session.
