'My hope, that good things will happen in my life, today & every other day.'

It's essential to have hope to keep us going. Without it, we lose the incentive to act & make life better. Too much hopelessness can result in dejection & misery. It's not always easy to have hope, but holding on to it, even during the bad times, can help us triumph.

CLEAR QUARTZ - Enfold a quartz crystal in your receiving hand and commence the meditation - its amplifying vibrations will link you with the cosmos!

SELENITE - A high vibing crystal that can lend a sense of hope. Place a piece of selenite on your bedside table and, when you drift off to sleep, whisper your mantra. Then, once you're awake, chant your mantra ten times to embrace the feelings of hope.

AMAZONITE -Known as the spirit-lifter, amazonite can help you to stay hopeful despite disheartening times. Keep a piece close by and hold it when you need an uplifting boost of hope!

MEDITATION - Make a list of five dreams you'd love to make come true. Now, rephrase them as positive declarations in the form of "I am" statements, as if they already have been achieved. For instance, "I am overjoyed that I have earned my Masters degree." Now, look into the mirror, focus on your eyes and repeat each positive affirmation five times.
