INSECURITY

'I believe in my ability to accomplish anything I set out to do.'

Insecurity can impact the solar plexus chakra, linked to self-belief, and the root chakra, tied to feeling secure. It can hold you back, creating a storm of negative thoughts that can make it hard to progress. Dealing with insecurity is a must for pursuing the life you desire.

GOLD TIGERS EYE - Harness the power of gold tigers eye and activate your solar plexus chakra! Hold the stone over your chakra point during meditation, or wear it as a pendant or carry it in your pocket for a confidence boost whenever you're feeling less-than-secure.

CARNELIAN - If you feel unsure about security, safety, and family worries, this meditation can help to empower your root chakra—the place where your sense of safety & security is based. Lie flat, placing a carnelian on your root chakra, close your eyes, and visualise red light swirling around there. Dedicate 10 (or more!) minutes to repeating the mantra "I'm grateful for feeling safe & secure".

BLACK TOURMALINE - If you're feeling a bit vulnerable, keep black tourmaline close by! Carry it in your pocket, or wear it as a pendant, and it'll soak up any bad vibes—no questions asked. Remember to reset it after each use.

MEDITATION - Sit comfortably with both hands placed over your solar plexus chakra. Close your eyes & breathe normally. visualise your solar plexus chakra filling with a golden yellow light. As you do, repeat the mantra. Continue for at least 10 minutes, or perform this visualisation for a minute or two, whenever you are feeling insecure.
