Many factors can make insomnia a real nightmare, from stress and physical pain to inconsistent sleep patterns and environmental issues like being too hot or too cold. If you're like most, 7-9 hours of shut-eye is the goal – but how to get it? Ambient lighting and uncomfortable room temperature can be adjusted, but for a really good night's sleep, try these remedies.
AMETHYST - Pop in your earbuds, grab a naturally cleansed and juiced up piece of amethyst, and get ready to get your zzz's! About an hour before your bedtime, step away from backlit screens like tablets, laptops, and smartphones. Then, cue up some soft music and embark on a 20-minute journey through a relaxing activity like light reading.
